Return Policy

U.S. Return Policy Direct (applies only to purchases directly from Automation Ready Panels)

Automation Ready Panels values its relationship with you, but due to the nature of product configuration and customization, we do not offer returns on products or accessories.

Returns for Products and Accessories: Unless you have a separate agreement with Automation Ready Panels, or except as provided below, all hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts may not be returned to Automation Ready Panels for any kind of credit or refund. Any product returned to Automation Ready Panels without prior authorization from Automation Ready Panels will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive credit for the product and Automation Ready Panels will not ship the product back to you.

Exceptions to Automation Ready Panels Return Policy:

Order Cancellation Grace Period: If you decide within 4 hours of the purchase that the item(s) are not needed, a full refund will be credited. You must contact Automation Ready Panels in writing within 4 hours. After such time as elapsed, materials will be ordered and fabrication will commence.
