The PLC has special routines shown below to access and store all recipes on the SD card inside the PLC.  These where create by Rockwell Automation and should not be modified.  Recipes can be created, changed, or saved from the HMI touchscreen or by removing the SD card (while the PLC is still on and running if necessary) and plug it into a computer.  From there, the recipe can be opened and changed using Microsoft Excel.
